My flexi brake hose at the rear axle is bending towards the exhaust and rubbing, there is a spring you can buy that goes on one of the nuts on the diff and can hold the hose loosely but keeps it from touching the exhaust. I just don't know it's proper name to find and buy one, anyone know?

Is it possible to slacken thge hose and twist it a little to make the hose bend in a different place?

Can you not make one from a welding rod or a wire coat hanger?
