We could only make the Saturday this year, but MAN what a day

A huge Thank-you to all involved and to the track staff, that's the first time I've driven the Dart on a prepped track and the first outing without wheel spin.

I had great support from my family as ever and also from new friends with lots of advice, cheers to Paul and Heather for checking out my tyre and smoke patterns. Made a lot of difference.

I even managed two new fastest times in both the Dart and the Demon (bless it) A trunk full of 6 chairs, copious food supplies, 8 litres of water, a spare helmet, shed loads of clothes ( kids eh we were only there a day ) and other gear. No time to prep it in any way, front tyres way too soft, rears? No idea and we did a 14.5 just for laughs, loved it as much as any faster car.

As for the Dart, the times are now headed in the right direction and the bug has well and truely bitten.

Everyone I spoke too seemed to be having a brilliant weekend despite the evening moisture.

As ever it was great to put some names to faces, even after 6 years I'm amazed at who I haven't met yet.

Cheers chap, it's been nice to receive lots of positive comments on the colour, always a tricky decision to make, so many ways it could go

Cheers Mossy, I'm yet to see or hear it properly yet as I didn't video this time. Forgot to organise the gopro's as I was too busy having fun

I'm sure a clip wil turn up before long, then ill crank up the ol Jamo 365's and blast it out

I've yet to see how fun it is on 4 wheels , but will get out there one day.
