Hi everyone having recently sold my valiant I've caught the mopar bug and have been on the look out for Something a bit cooler. I bought this 68 Coronet last week, it's originally a 440 trim 318 car but now has a 383 fitted a few of you may recognise this car from eBay recently, shes had a lot work done to her so far by the previous owner but still needs a fair amount to get her on the road. It's a New York car so there's plenty of tin worm but it's not the worst I've seen. Here's some of the work completed so far and a pic before she we stripped down. I plan on turning on her into a superbee clone and will be posting regular updates,
thanks for looking 👍🏻

Fantastic. Picture 3 looks very familiar... I cut the trunk floor out of a 66 Fury and made up the panels to replace the whole floor, inner drop-offs and outer lower rear quarters. Welding the lot outside was fun!!!!

Cant wait to see your progress....

Cheers Steve

Managed to get a little bit done over the weekend done the drivers side lower quarter properly and began trying to get that long old quarter straight! I just dashed some satin black over it for the time being, It's by no means perfect but it will do for now until it's resprayed properly 👍🏻 I also bought this new old stock Chrysler 8track, I think that will look cool sat under the dash when I get round to the interior!!😁

Lovely job. Im really interested in learning more about bodywork so would love to see pics of each stage you are going through and the materials you are using if you get time. That 8 track is really cool.... =P~ =P~ =P~

Your work looks absolutely fantastic! I spent weeks (literally) guide coating and block sanding the Fury when I had it. Loved doing it but was all outside and not ideal... learned a lot though and enjoyed it

Yeah I do enjoy doing bodywork but i don't think I could do it for a living haha! It is tedious just gotta take your time With it to get the best result possible! I always try and do the best I can with it then leave the final bits to the body shop before they put a proper top coat on👍🏻 I'm also doing all my work outside at the moment it's not great but until the garage is sorted I don't have much choice haha!
