Plastic surround for '70 Charger grille

I have had a look on line, I can buy a complete 1970 Charger grille with plastic surround but NOT just the plastic surround....
I was planning to get a friend's plastic surround, which isn't that badly damaged, get a mold made and then alter the mold to make a perfect part (twice, once for me and once for my friend with a 70 Charger)... but that chap has had some terrible new RE his family...he's out of the game for a while...
So I thought I'd see if anyone has ever encountered this problem before...
I wonder if the plastic surround is the same as the 1969... I think I can find one of those online but I know that won't be cheap!
