Fiery 1970 Dodge Challenger RT amongst first five finalists

Just got an email about the NEC Resto Show and a Mopar is the headline! Robert Nauer's lovely Go Mango R/T. Well done Robert.

First five finalists unveiled!
We're excited to announce the first five finalists in the Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership competition's Spring Final that will be on display at Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show, with Discovery,from 22 - 24 March at the NEC, Birmingham. Book your tickets here.

The first to secure their spot include John Smith and his 21-window De Luxe Micro Bus, Annie Lloyd and her cherished 1961 Bond Minicar Model G, a marvelous 1990 Eunos Roadster owned by Paul White, a low mileage 1970 Dodge Challenger RT in the hands of Robert Bauer and finally, Sammie-Jo Webster's 1992 Toyota Starlet GT Turbo.

I have a Starlet of that vintage we still use at work as a loan car,better give it a polish.

Love your shirt too Robert, hence how we met. I'd love to know where to get one.

VW camper came first, followed by an Escort Mk1 and a Austin Metro 1.3L was turd.

No appreciation for proper cars.

Its worth a look through the auction results for the show, some good prices reached, especially the 80's stuff, Quattros and XR3's. Still some bargains too, Bitter SC3.9 for only £11K, £22k for a California Special 68 Mustang, I'd never even heard of them.
