So I see this advert on ebay for 8x new mopar mags £4 + £2.95 post,I think to myself,well there probably 4 or 5 months old,but sod the expense,and pressed buy.About a day later I get a email from seller,saying hes in Dublin,and can not sent for a week,No problem from me,no rush.
The mags finally arrive,maybe a fortnight after purchase,happy days,Not.
These NEW mags are between 10 and 13 years old
Sends the seller a snotty message, no reply.
I only really wanted to look at adverts,see whats available parts wise,,,,Ive probably got these mags in the loft already

Open an ebay dispute, stating not as advertised. If he doesnt refund you, Ebay will.
You might have to wait for ebay as they ask for 2 weeks before stepping in but it alerts them to rogue sellers but set the dispute up now, highlighting no response from seller.

I just got a full refund on a misdescribed Car radio/Nav setup bought through eBay, I opened a dispute and it was all settled in a couple of weeks.

NEW as is never been read maybe. Some eBayers have weird definitions of new.

surprised someone doesnt know the chap, to have collected mopar mags, chances are he is / was into mopars.
despise ebay at times

Can't help here. Most are on Facebook these days and i'm not. Name doesn't ring any bells.
