Opinions wanted on exhaust for modern Mopars

The exhaust system on my 2006 5.7 Charger, being a Police model, is not stainless and sooner or later daily use in British winters will result in replacement.
So Drew and others with modern Mopars what replacement system would you choose (or avoid) and why?
a) magnaflow
b) Mopar performance
c) Borla
d) other.....
Also as a Californian car it might currently have extra emission reductions on it?? As a Police car it certainly has a decent silencer on it. When I have to change it I do not want something too blooming loud that will be annoying but a nice throaty burble under acceleration would be an improvement.
So next question is if the new exhaust system is throatier/less restricted are there any technical issues to consider? For example change in back pressure. If so what needs to be done to make sure a better exhaust does not actually build in a new problem?
Thanks for any advice.
