57 Chevy............Snow White

A friend of mine has just put a deposit on this 57 Chevy ( Snow White ), collecting it next weekend, should see him at Santa Pod next year, I have been told it's in the 8s but it may be wrong, It's a well known car, so who knows it.

It was/has been used in Serck advertising for a very long time Derek,it used to have fewer graphics back then.

Snow White , owned and raced by Roger Butterworth from Earl Shilton. I am sure he told me that he backhalved the car amongst other racing mods .Then raced it for many years before he sold it on . He also owned the "Soper and Heck" A12 tribute Roadrunner at the time of his "untimely" death.

It is a great car, always loved watching it at Santa Pod and following the many pics on Facebook. Look forward to seeing it next year hopefully.
57 Chevy was one of my first drool over cars along with the 71 cuda in the days when we were paying £1300 for a '75 chevy camaro and they were fetching one hell of a lot more.

My mate nearly bought that just before Roger died. Nice to see it still around.
