Is there an adjuster on the lower control arm of my charger for the camber ?

Lower Control arms have no adjustment in them at all - All Geo is via the UCA and it is a trade off between Caster (preferred) and Camber...

usually used to set the wheels either at a mental negative camber for racing (double up and long bolts) or to stick them upright on a car with power steering after you have applied the "stick in as much castor as possible **" trick in order to get some weight and feel to the steering

not a great idea on a manual steering car....unless you are large of shoulder with the core strength of the hulk

some positive castor is a must self rights the steering when you let go of the wheel, if the steering box fails or the slip joint slips you want to go forward not hard left or right and roll the car.. but you need just enough on a manual. on a power steering car put in as much as you can and re do the tracking and it heavys up the steering a bit

You're thinking of the adjuster that sits right at the inner end of the lower control arm and is for fine tuning of the ride height. Wind it in = higher; wind it out = lower.
