Rob , that yellow 73 Chally Rallye is John Challis' one, that is now silver,
great to actually see a 73 with all its correct stripes on, any more pics of the grey 73 in the background with the vinyl roof, a reg number would be good??

Matt, thanks for the info on the yellow Rallye. Spoke to John a couple of weeks ago, says car is done now, just needs somewhere to go and show it off :D

These 3 pics are from '84 Garys Picnic but I havent got enuff others to bother with a separate topic, so I'll tag em onto '85s.

The black/silver Chally is the one you askedabout, YBT673V.
Any idea about the '70, OHP545M?

The other pic is of Tony Gransden's Camaro, showing how things mite go in 20 year's time!

Hey Rob, I've got some almost identical photo's to those! Mark's trophy was for fastest Mopar at the picnic, a tradition of the old club, it was made by Mick Fulbrook who won the previous year so Mark had to make something to present the following year. Gary's picnic was the annual club meet up in the days before we had the Euronats.

Wow Blue! Shows how new I was to it all back then, didnt know nowt about that! Just knew that it was the best weekend of the year (except maybe the Doorslammers!), like the Nats is now.

Must be tricky trying identify cars that have since been re-registered with an age-correct letter.
Or have you got access to some records that us mere mortals dont?
