I’ve just spoken to Donna ( events manager )at Brooklands and she told me she’s been made redundant as of a few days ago. This is sad news for many of us, she will be missed by all that know her.

Hope we still have an ally down there.

I would have thought tho - maybe naively - that once these places that are making redundancies get back to normal, that they'll need to fill these positions again and the obvious choices would be the people that used to hold that position... unless they've all moved on and got new jobs as Amazon van drivers

Sad news and as you say, bad news for us......

We will have to wait and see what the new "Normal" is next year.......

The new normal looks a bit grim at the mo in Brighton for instance there’s a war being waged against cars at the mo under the banner of COVID
