Afternoon all
I have just the engine and box back in, after struggling Ive figgerd I need to buy a load leveler.
Looking for advice and input on them :thumbright:

Ive seen them for as little as £20 but I know you get what you pay for, Has anyone got or used a sealey one?

Or suggest a good one ?

As a concept these are good thing, I have one and have used it to move engines in and out. They make the job easier no doubt.

I have a Clarke/Machine Mart one - www.machinemart.co.uk/p/cll500-load-leveller

Pros - It works as intended, cheaper than Sealey (currently £36), does the job.
Cons - Handle attachment not the best, had to mod that slightly to stop it inadvertently winding off the thread. Eye bolt method for load attachment, I don't like this. Your Sealey chain system much better.

Would I buy this one again given the design irritations? No.

Agree completely!

Mine was about £30 and managed 440s and then a 360 with autobox many times.
