Strang things happening on the forum

Just opened the forum, strange picture then secure network not reached, tried to upload screen shot of what I could see . wont upload to page

I have never seen that, but occasionally the Forum throws up some error messages... I just reload and then seems fine.

Tried sevral times over an hour or so
