Rush drummer's car collection up for auction

i thought I knew quite a bit about our dearly-departed drummer from Rush, but I didn't know he had these... always thought he was more of a biker?

Great collection, I'll have the Muira.
Was only watching the Rush 30th anniv gig on Sky at the weekend. Sad loss.

Likewise I never knew he had this collection. Grew up listening to 2112, Farewell to Kings and Hemispheres..great albums, lost interest in Rush after that. Amazing drummer, my son chose Xanadu for a drums grading....even stripped back a bit the difficulty was ridiculous.

Saw recently that these achieved a combined sale price of USD3.9m.
Whether this included auction fees wasn't clear but a respectable amount nonetheless.

I don’t think there’s much call for automatic, well designed irrigation systems systems on here

well given that i was wadeing through a foot of water with a set of rods and a big long trenching shovel, just 3 weeks ago, doing a job the council should have done..... No .... my filp flops were well and truely irrigated and the drains are now clear.... had to bathe in jeyes fluid once done who stuffs dog poo bags down the drian......
