Has anyone attempted to install a hemi from a Dodge Ram in to a 73 dodge car before if so any ideas what extras I would need

if you have a small block 727 or 904 i belive it will bolt up with the right combo of flex plate and converter

i have recently been looking at these for FI and ignition control

ideally you'd want some overdrive box in it, few more gears, gear vendors or hack it about to fit the box that came with the motor
