haha... had me going there 
We're prob quite a close match on the scales and the strip Del... I was 12 st 8 last time i looked a few weeks ago... prob in the 13s by now

wish i had i'm the same although bean pole to pear shaped happend a little later

14st here... I should cruise ~12.5 
Gotta deal with that really...
When I started work I had a 28" waist. When we had a clear out I found one of my old belts. It wasnt that I couldnt use the same belt-holes - the ends of the belt no longer physically met !!! True story...
