‘78 B200 Van

Hi all, fairly new to the group so be gentle.
Anyway gonna get straight to it... I recently bought a ‘78 b200 tradesman van from some good ‘ol boys with a yard down by the Dartford crossing, and I’m trying to find out it’s history and was hoping some of you guys / girls may be familiar with it.
The only history I received with it was an old Chilton workshop manual that had the previous owners insurance cert bookmarking the wiring diagram section
From what I can gather and have discovered from working on the vehicle is that it has not been road legal since 2012 and most certainly hadn’t ran in approx 3-5 years.
When I got it, it had a questionable boogie van type conversion in the back and from what I can gather was some sort of mobile tattoo parlour going from the description on the insurance certificate and the script on the bottom of the number plates that read, ‘tattooists hurt, even with a small prick’! Bit bang bussy.
Anyway, upon stripping out all the crap in the back I discovered 5 x big tie down anchor point rings in staggered positions in the load bay, as well as Harley Davidson stickers on both front wings that had been sprayed over in the shonky white primer you see in the pics. There is also a Santa Pod Racers Club sticker on the front screen and a home made tow bar on the back with trailer and caravan sockets. So I got to thinking that this van may perhaps have been a Harley Hauler at some point or owned by somebody who was into the drag racing scene and used it as a race van or whatever?
The Van used to be black (not the original colour) but somebody has decided at some point to desecrate that by turning it into the turd you see in the pics.
Any info on this van would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dom
