I'm a lover, not a fighter when it comes to cars Rob. I really only cruise with the odd little foot down here and there to check that the fuel gauge is still working.
I admire those like Pete, Blue, Andy etc who can build and race the cars that they do but my old girl is cherished as a comfy cruiser and the thought of breaking her or thrashing her like they do in these videos would keep me awake at night. I got the speed bug out of my system years ago on bikes and decent cars at work so it holds no interest for me now. I love watching drag racing but it would bore me to tears to do it. Circuit racing would be fun and I've always enjoyed carting but after the first blast down the strip, I would quickly lose interest.
I do still enjoy hunting out nice C bodies for sale and loved my New Yorker but really my heart is in just one place...
