Ordered some parts from rockauto recently mostly good apart from caliper pistons, one correct, one about 10mm too small on diameter :cry: went through the online order problem process. Got a replacement less than a week later :thumbright:....also wrong :banghead: now as it happens I only need one but thought I'd replace both while I'm at it
So do I bother going through the report a problem again? Is there a contact number and what are my chances of getting the correct part seeing as the boxes seem to be labelled incorrectly

I understand there's no contact number. You'll need to go through the process again or get a refund.
