Popped over to this monthly meet on Sunday, as we do occasionally...
I don't always post the pics on here as it's mostly just your common-or-garden classics... MG, Triumphs, ahem, Porches etc but there seemed to be a good mix there this Sunday, plus it's a tad quiet on here...

Yeah he was telling us what he'd done to it. It started out as a 4 door. He cut 3.5" out the back doors and added it to the front doors, moving the B pillar back 3.5". C pillar and rear side windows have been reshaped cos he didnt like the shape of the 4-door in that area. All fenders and running boards have been modded too. Not to mention what must have been involved fitting that old hemi in there

Muzzy Dave was commenting how much he liked it when he pulled in but quickly changed his opinion when it went pssshhhh down on its airbags

This is Dave Spreadbury's car, he has spent years on it, nice to see it being used now.

I'll look up the owners name, Andy. We were told by someone there that the Caddy owner also drives a Jag V12-engined 'rod' type thing, that we've seen there a few times. I think I've seen him on The Goat facebook group...
The front and rear bench seats were really plain, almost poverty spec, but the dash looked really nice, art-deco stylee from what I could see thru the windows 8-)

I commented to Stu that it's almost the same as a Pontiac that was owned by a girl who lived a few doors down the road from us, back in the day...

(from Pre50s AAC 1989  )

I'm only going by what someone said on Sunday and they could have been mistaken, of course... it was a Mustang owner...

I expect Milton and Stewart would know...
