im sure you can buy a kit off the shelf to move the springs in by abbout 2 inch. this might give you enough clearence if you select your wheels and back spacing carefully, try www.justsuspension.com . www.manciniracing.com

3. looks mighty close so you might have to fuel cell it.
4. Whether or not you narrow the axle depends on the offset of the wheels you decide to use, I doubt you'll get a 10x15 in there without at least minitubbing it. Need to decide what size tyres you want to use before you get stuck in.
