Hi
Sorry if this is a bit off topic but im getting desperate. The wifes 2002 Automatic Sebring has developed a transmission fault. Basically when braking it makes a thud - as if the gears arnt changing at the correct time. Its also difficult to get into drive occasionally. We have done a basic gearbox service but that hasnt helped.
Suspecting it is an electrical or Chip problem - although its weird as it only occurs when the car has warmed up a bit
All the problems developed immediately after we got the car back from having a minor bumper repair done by a local garage- although this could be coincidence
Any Ideas or anyone know where I could take it without getting ripped off?
Near Dunstable
