I've been at a classic Jap show at Billing,

and to my surprise a white Challeger rumbled past ,

Image chap had only just bought it. Had heard of MMA but wasn't member (might have been years ago?)

then, this came along, a 70 fury ragtop! 318 with air, owned by a guy called Steve from Daventry. Was I surprised or what?

Saw the Fury at Billing last month Will. Don't believe I've seen that Challenger before though.

That Chally looks like the one that rumbled into Gary's Picnic on Sunday. On the way to POD via Billing? Not far.

The Chally is owned by John Marsh , just got it back on the road, after 22 years in storage, 383 4 speed 70 RTSE, matching numbers.
Stripe is wrong, as is colour, should be B3, but so what, rare and nice

ah yes I remember him saying it had been off the road for a long time.

I could tell it was a big block because he said he had to go because it was starting to overheat :)

well, this 1962 Bluebird wagon was one of the most unusual. Sold new in Australia but was driven round the world on an 8 month trip in 1972 and ended up in Norway, where it then sat until a couple of years ago, it was then bought by a chap in Lincs. The car has a separate chassis and 1200cc OHV engine (of Austin design)

There are photos of it displayed in the windows of it in India, Singapore and other places.

Best resto award went to the blue '72 240C , and best of show was an '80 280C wagon from Holland. It was original and virtually as new.

I was showing off a yellow 180B that I bought 4 days before the show and got running, it had been standing for 15 years but I got it ready and MOTd in one day. 250 miles seemed like ample first testdrive :)

I was on a delivery mission for me club, we're raffling off a car for the all clubs rally and this weekend was the only time I had spare to take it.
