Nice one Steve, always love to see parts reclaimed rather than dumped!
I'd have been daunted by the fact it's a pressure vessel (OK not much, but enough!)...looks like your soldering is up to it!

Good job :) What flux? I make my own,zinc disolved in hydrochoric acid until the bubbles stop and it looks like pee :lol:

daves right steve that stuff from frosts is great have tins and tins of it now, it covers anything and drys in minutes...faultless

while i think about it i still have some interior colouring paint in the garage you kindly sent me years ago,the instructions looked so scarey i never used it....you going too the nats i will bring it up with me?
