Grace is my mate Colin’s daughter, she’s a very talented fabricator & welder. Loves her car & racing, she used to do the clutch in one of the funny cars, but mainly crews for Don these days

Headers are a strange thing to fab for me, never sure how I’m going to do it, then I decide, then half way through I find a better idea, then again I will make another change. I’m generally happy at the end :D

Re: big block to go in ashley's zephyr
BUGGER!!! the timing set is boxed wrong. part number's right on the box so i can't blame the 'picker' at rock auto, but this small block chevy timing set just won't fit the ford fe engine :(
i just ordered a replacement, this ones an edelbrock true roller set on 'clearance' so actually cheaper ...

Re: Servo vacuum hose - is fuel hose ok?
It may be OK, make sure it’s not too soft, that it wants to collapse. As you have some already, it’s not a big deal to try it & keep an eye out for signs of collapsing. In the interim look to get proper vacuum hose

Tough luck on the fan/rad saga, as always you seem to fight on till it’s fixed.
Good luck with the rest of the build

Great to see your progress, I look forward to reading your updates. I don’t envy you repairing the lower beam, it would definitly be a case of slowly slowly catch a monkey job for me.
Keep up the great work
