They are missing on both sides on my RR but the windows wind up and down ok. Never seen a picture of one until now. If you do make some Trev I'll take a couple.

I think it is an extra addition! no code on the Fender tag for it so must have been added?

ah, mine had fallen off the winder mechanism but was inside the rear panel lying on top of the sill, you had a look in there??
