Got the solid engine mounts in the charger at the mo,but it is undriveable.
If I were to fit the rubber mounts back on,i may need to fit a torque bar, also does any one know where i can get headers that WILL fit without any mods & who sells them. Also will the exhaust pipe match up to the new headers vs old headers that I am gonna change. The charger has power steering & this is where the old headers are gonna hit when I fit rubber mounts. So,who sells torque bars & good quality headers that fit.
I await in antisipation :D

Thanks Pete.
Who sells tti headers?
Will I still get vibration with one solid mount.
Is there a problem with torque strap & who sells them.
If I use a strap then I can use rubber mounts, yes.

Not sure about the solid mount/torque strap (yet - we gotta look into that for the Dodge too), but get in touch with Jim Wilson (username 'Jim') as he sells/imports/is agent for TTI products

ditto the above on solid mounts, ie no problem. Only vibes I get are from prop n u/j's at higher speeds.

Ok,the vibration is coming from the dash,so you might say"fix the dash",but this was not a problem before the solids went in.
The new engine has been balanced & I'm sure the rubber mounts will cure the vibration.
I find it hard to believe that solid mounts give the same ride as rubber, also I've heard they don't do the car any good due to the vibration of the engine even if it is set up perfectly.Just ordered a torque strap of schmaker or whatever you call them  .

My car has solids both sides and it is hard to tell the difference between them and rubber mounts.
