Yes,clean off and paint well with one of the zinc rich/rust killing paints. Then put on some dinitrol or similar. Also,open the boot reach in and get something oily tipped in where the wheelarch meets the 1/4 panel,it'll run down and get in the joint at the wheelarch lip. It all helps. :)

As far as rust curing/preventative paints go, I beleive POR 15 is the way ahead. Its available from Frosts Auto

What car have you got now Kishore? The Charger went to Spain didnt it?

I'm using Por15 metal prep on my floor at the mo. Seems to do the trick, only thing i don't like is washing it off with water after! Haven't got to undersealing yet...
No-one will believe you...
