70 Barracuda Door jam rubbers

Can somebody please give me zee run down on refitting the door jamb rubbers, they were removed by the body shop and I cunna figure it out how they are held in place.

sorted it, the body shop hadnt given me the metal trim that holds it in place, funny how things become clear when you have all the bits
