Mick, these came from Bill Reilly of Big block Dart.com, they are made by AFCO. They will lower the car by the length of the shackles, whatever that is. This is unless the springs have been moved in, because then the slider sits on the bottom of the frame rail and if your shackle was mounted through the rail, the ride height will be the same, or marginally higher. If the shackle was fitted under the rail then it will of course still lower it, if you get my drift.....

Mick, those pictures are taken with the axle hanging down, the spring actually sits about 1" from the rear of the slot when the weight is on to allow maximum lift at launch. I made an adjustable bed plate that the sliders bolt to, it allows me to move them by 1" in either direction if I need to. Yes, the shocks are the single adjustable Ranchos, they are used and came with the Caltracs and springs when I bought them from Andy.
