Chassis connectors on a body
my Dart originally came as a 6 banger. Next Spring will see it with a mildly tuned 360. It will be a road car and handling is important to me. Should I fit a set of mancini bolt in frame connectors or is this unnessacary (damn, I cant spell that word!)?
ditto, don't bolt 'em, much stronger welded.
You can always weld the bolt ins if you don't fancy making 'em, but it's not that difficult really.

Yep, weld 'em it's the only way to go, they are easy to make too, check out www.bigblockdart.com there's a good article and pix on there to help take you through it

Some people run them through the floor but if you dont want to cut it, then use thick wall 50-30 rectangular section .
I used to drag race my 340 GTS and cane it round the roads without connectors, fitted them when the 440 went in.
Small block mopars are'nt torquey just high revving but as said already you will benefit handling wise if the frame cannot flex
