rear screen charger fitting

How do i fit a rear screen in a charger. Im Told you dont use a rubber. do you have to use a cork gasket and stick it in with windor sealer or something? any special tools needed?

You use a window glass sealer,be careful though,if it aint in right you won't get yer trims on after.Also don't forget yer clips go in first,& make sure there the right ones ;)

Look in yer fsm,they give you the spacer measurements you need for the clips/trims.

the clips are a terrible water trap, i would stick the stainless trim in with some black silicone sealant/adhesive, thats what i did and got rid of the clips

yep, lots of masking tape to hold them down and a broom of the flourecent light!!! :D

Might have a job getting em back out :shock:

Mind you,prob the best way to fit em :thumbright:

I take it your glass wasn't sitting in right,or you forgot the clips. :lol: :lol:

no, i deliberately left the clips off as they are a serious corrosion issue, the rear screen nearly fell out because of them on my pontiac
