Leafsprings retemper!

Hi Moparfolk,

Looking for a Leafspring retemperer, Prefer London area?

Anyone know of a suitable place?

I think they are in Paddington. Brost Forge Ltd 020 7607 2311.
Are we there yet dad ..... 10 to the gallon but worth it.

These are the guys that redid my springs MANY years ago!

They worked very well but eventually I decided they were a bit too high for me so I got some MP XHD springs (about 10 years later mind) - I think Phil now has mine!

Anyway, clearly since they are still around they must be doing something right! If you use them I would make sure you ask about ride height and also whether they will retemper or fit an extra spring or both. I was never clear which they did on mine (I think it was both).

If you go to Paddington Springs, make SURE you are CLEAR about ride height. I had a few problems with em. They had to do my caddy leaf springs 3 times. Needed a step ladder to get into the boot on the first few tries.
