new rear wheels on my Charger

Post by Anonymous »

Well guys i finally managed to get the new vectors on the general

as i`m sure you can appreciate they take a bit of sorting over here in the UK
I managed to win these off eBay from a fella in NJ they had never been fitted since new in the 80s
Here is how they arrived

I then took them for refurbing & the result was

Pretty good i think as they had to hand finish the spokes as the rim was soooooo deep
Bought some BFG 295x50x15 & had them fitted

The result looks like this

Just waiting for the fronts to arrive from CA now & i`ll have the same refurb done to them

Hope you like

Looks the nuts.

I'm having trouble getting Goodrich tyres for mine. 235 and 275/60/15

Anyone got any ideas?

North Hants Tyres are Goodrich agents but they're not the company they were. Seems to be run by children these days. :(

Looking great D.R.!!!! :thumbright: Man those rears are W-I-D-E !!!! Tyre size looks cool too, may have to try the 295x50's as opposed to the 275x60's on my next set (which aren't far away from needing replacing)
