Nice one Kev. Yes, not a 68 Charger, and not black.

A shame in a way, i think '71 & '72 Plymouths look great in black, - i can't wait to see Roel's '72. And i was tempted. - But what can you do? I reckon i am lucky to have an original Sassy Grass Green Road Runner.

btw Kev.... Remember our little wager? There's a Pukka Pie at stake!

It's beginning to look a bit more like a Road Runner now.
Oh yes, - and here's the 493ci motor ready to go in.

Even got the factory style overspray under there Jim! ;) Looking absolutely spot on, that's going to be a superb car to drive and that colour is to die for...congratulations (and well done Richard!) :thumbright:
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Just got a few more pics:....... This Runner is coming together real nice.

A few shots of the 493ci engine in place, with TTI 2" ceramic coated headers with 3.5" collectors, into a TTI 3" exhaust with, of course, 3" inlet TTI '71 style stainless tips. A new carpet completes the original interior.

It should be ready in time for the Nat's. I can't wait to drive it.

I just hope the weather improves in the next few weeks.
