Correct K frame
We are going to put a big block into the 68 Coronet which was originaly a 318, before I go to far with cleaning and painting this K frame can someone tell me if it will accept a big block or will it need to be modified in some way. Thanks for your help, Martin

Yes Clive it did. Hence why I have one.
Until a few years ago I used to get fed up with "experts" telling me (with regards to Challengers at least) only the Hemi got the skid plate and sometimes (after a Mopar Action article came out) they said the Hemi and six pack .
They also used to bang on about the hemi k-frame being "special" because it had a different part number to the 440 version but that was just because it had this plate welded on. Otherwise the frame is identical.
My Hamtramck HP2 engine also has the six pack crank/balancer/rods.
