In theory yes.
The chamber volume would need to have the pop-up volume of the piston subtracted and the deck height clearance volume would need to be added. But since I didn't have that information to hand I didn't factor it in the equation, so we are assuming a zero deck and flat pistons in this case.
In either case the difference made by reducing the thickness of the gasket would be the same.
