Thanks for the brilliant comments guys.

Well, at last the car is 'just about' finished, and I love it.

Unfortunately when Richard put the strobe stripe on the car he noticed the laminations were coming apart (being a reflective stripe there are two laminations). I called Year One, - they checked their stock and found they all had the same fault. They asked the manufacturer to send a replacement, but their stock was also faulty. – So I had to take the car to the Nat’s without a strobe stripe. I have now received the replacement, so now it’s just a case of putting it on some time.

This car is everything I could want in a Mopar. Low miles original car, never any rust, the 493ci motor is awesome. It drives great, and looks fabulous in Sassy Grass Green.

My garage at home is full of Mopars, so here’s a few more pic’s of it parked outside my unit on Hayling Island.

I had a quick look around the green machine at the Nats and it's an absolute stunner. What stood out in my mind was that it didn't look like a resto, it had that original mint survivor look...not easy!

Well, I wouldn't throw it off the fleet, that's for sure. :thumbright:
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Hi Derek, No it ran 13.7 with some carb problems. I expect better than that, that was it's first effort. It should run 12's when i get it sorted.
