anybody know what tyre preasure i should be putting in my tyres, the specified preasure is 28psi up to 3 passengers or 30psi if fully loaded,
the tyres originally should are 205/70/14
ive have fitted cooper gt radials - 235/60/15 on the rear & 215/60/15 on the front so i presume those preasure specs go out of the window, if i put 30psi in each they look flat especially the front ones! the preasure stated on the tyrewall is 44psi max so i have had them pumped up to 38psi the ride is good and they look ok but looks aint everything, safety is more important

ticking away the moments that make up a dull day, you fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way.

dave how do you check for that? is it visible on level ground?
the fronts sure look flat with only 30psi in them,
sorry if i sound like an idiot but never had to ask about tyre preasures before always put in what the book says but this isnt a standard application - well not in my eyes, and as you quite rightly stated i dont want to be sliding around in the wet
