torque convertor slippage

Well the converter is not slipping. If anything it would be the trans slipping.
However you dropped a little hint there when you said "beleive to be 4.10".
I suspect you have 4.56:1 gears. Because on my chart that gives you 120mph at 6000rpm and 130mph at 6500rpm. That would fit in nicely with what it says on your ticket.

If I am not right about the axle gears then I would suspect the trans not the converter.

I just double checked to make sure I have this right.
With 4.56 gears and 33-inch tall tyres I have you down as doing 19.95mph per 1000rpm.
Which is 125.7mph at 6300rpm.
All this is assuming 8% converter slippage.
Now that does not include tyre growth so you can easily make up that extra 1.3mph on your timing ticket with that.
