Must admit, i've never been successful with year one. Even when l was out in the States, l called them the FIRST day l was there, paid for the catalogue, it still never showed up!!!!

ok by phone orders, no problems in the last 18 years ,had mountains of stuff . the only thing is that i have found is parts catalogue can take over a month to get here or longer
Andy, that Year One site has always been the same, I clicked the British Virgin Islands and even that didn't help, so I rang Jose and ordered over the phone.
I've done that ever since and had superb service.

They have a different system for us.
I have been using Year One since 1989 and although they are not the cheapest they do have the best customer service record out there. I cannot fault them on that score.
If you do use the online order they do not send it out staright away. They get your order ready and then find out the shipping costs. Then email you with the final bill for you to approve so it only ships when you reply to the email.
