Here's a copy of the E mail i received when asking if i should go this route....
...The theory is ok, most jap cars have a similar arrangement these days but is done better. If it attached without a gasket in between it would be better but is harder to do. It is also true that the caps do move when on the high horsepower limit but then you use ally caps to soften the blow. Its up to you, but I personally wouldn't bother.

This is what I tell all my street strip customers now. Five years ago I would not have recommended aluminum for a street strip combo.I just did not have any data as far as would they last. Now I do, and have had 0 issues. Before about five years ago I had no customers using the aluminum caps for the street. I have at least 50 -60 street strip combos out there now. About ten to twelve customers a year are using them on stroker combos like you are talking about building. That may not seem like a lot but it is a pretty good indicatition of how they will hold up. Any 500 inch BB will be at the threshold of a stock cap even with good ported iron heads. Keep in mind there are a bazillion imports out there running for 200000 Miles plus using factory aluminum caps. I would not have any problem recomending them to a street strip customer now. Stud girdle..... i've fitted 2, damn nice peice and strong, no gasket between the girdle and block, just a VERY thin bead of Right Stuff, the instructions actually tell you how wide this needs to be.
Has to add something to the block integrity just by design
BCR caps........ Steve we're a dealer for BCR shoulda just asked me, yes ok for the street, can be tricky to machine right though, as in getting the register correct
