Should I paint it?

No leave it as it is with the faded silver paint and worn down to the metal spots on the cowl, hood and roof

It says in the blurb that's its not the original paint, so you shouldn't worry about repspraying it. It's your car and if you've thought about the paintwork enough to have a poll there must be a part of you that wants to do something with it. So I say get the colour chart out, or put it back to it's stock colour if you know it. That's just my hat in the ring.
