Got most of them off ebay, some are genuine part decals and were VERY hard to find and cost a packet!!! , as it was i couldnt locate a fram filters one so i did it on the computer and got them made, the champion isnt right and is being redone at the moment.
Was hard to decide which design to go for but when you pointed out the wheel base thing in my other pics (which i had to study) the front arch was closer to the bumper and had the decals relocated so it would hace looked stupid with a big blank space at the front.
Would love to put some real big tyres on the rear but the arch's would need modding and wouldnt be great on the road.

The only real bad thing that people in the know will notice is its running an auto trans! this i hope to cahnge in time as the car is originally a manual, still has the pedal box and the hump, so thats another thing on the list, but just want to see what it runs like before i take it off the road again.

Only just spotted this thread.
Top work.

383 or 440?

Mine had a 4 speed. Was origianlly an auto. 1 season at the track saw me bin it out for an A727; complete wuss I know but their rep as a parts breaker is well founded

Its a 383 with the usual bits n bobs done, it goes really well, 3.55 gears, so im told, havnt ventured to check, but its quite drivable. Only thing is its got tubs so cant really get in any of the nostalgic runs  not that i would be getting up there but just for show!

Looks great Mo, i exchanged mails with Mick about this car before you bought it. If anything, it was undersold. Looks great before the new paint, let alone after!
Good on ya!
