My Dad had one. Top was painted navy blue & the bottom was stratos silver. It was 2.3 auto ghia (w-reg) with leccy everything. We thought it was well posh then. I remember going to the Ford showroom to pick it up. :thumbright:

That sure is a nice one :D

Stu & I had a metallic brown 2.0 Ghia X reg for daily use (used to work together so shared it  ) but it was pretty rusty when we got it in about 88, ie only 6-7 years old

And the gear stick came off in me hand one day - the nylon thread had stripped. Got the 'box replaced with an exchange unit but was never right after that

It got nicked from the West End while we were at a gig at the Marquee club
Lovely on the inside but a real rust bucket that lived up to the 'Fix Or Repair Daily' name

Nice one Ian :thumbright:

Had a few 'Tina's last one I had was a W reg 2.0 GL bronze. It was only 7 years old but when it rained the front footwells would fill up wih water so I found the biggest screw driver I could find and punched a few holes in to let the rainwater out. Well the carpets were still wet but atleast I didnt have to drive in my weelies any more :D

I had a very tidy 1.6 Gold Crusader...only 12,000 miles on it.
Bought it off the old boy next door, had it one day and it was nicked that night .....never seen again  ....as good as your white one Mr Fish

Them wheels are s1 turbo wheels. It is fully poly bushed including void bushes and I have recently fitted leather recaros out of a cosworth.
Dont worry Si the fish will be on the road again soon with its new tunnel ram and full engine rebuild. :thumbright:

The water leak would have been from where the windscreen wipers go through the scuttle panel. Theres a rubber grommet between the wiper arm spindle and the scuttle panel, when it rains water just collects there. If the grommet isn't sitting right it leaks through, my Tina and MKII escort both leaked in the same place
