look at some of the industrial suppliers, i use J&L industrial supply http://www.jlindustrial.co.uk . they stock some good quality tools at resonable prices, got a top box off them a coupe of years ago and am well pleased with it. they are also the place to go for all your quality cutting tools and abrasives.

i use cromwell tools (check spelling as probably wrong)
have stores all over and internet order and delivery, i got a lower roller cab and top box and both are very sturdy well made and had draw mates.
cant remeber the make of mine but think there were some japanese make.
but they have many makes to suite all price ranges,

hope this helps

pete
and here was me thinking you had snap on pete lol

I do but thats just at home i use snap-on (me dads lol), all me tools for work just get abuse, plus when you work in a big workshop theres alot of light fingers about cant afford for a 100 quid set of sockets to go walkies, so i get halfords pro stuff for work, and me and me dad have all the snap-on stuff for home

My roll cab at work is a sykes pickavant (spelling?) and it is a good as any snap on box and cost me a 1/4 of the price, and my top boxes at blue things I bought from Halfords and they are plenty good enough for what I need and a perfect size for when I need to bring some of my tools home.

MOPAR - Move Over Power Arriving Rapidly

Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My Mopar upon you
