That would look so cool, check this out!
Oh and i got some info on the flame bird, its in jersey and at the moment is being used as a chicken coop in a barn, has had some work done in the 90's but has fallen back again, the original owner over here went to see it a few years back and is going to inquire about getting it back again.
Imagine buying a house and the previous owners say " theres a silly old car in the Garage some idiot's stuck a silly plane wing on the back.. All the tyres are flat and the brakes seized solid , we cant be bothered to take it to the scrap yard..... It's yours if you want it if you dont then sorry for leaving you a load of crap it's been there 30 years to our knowledge we just didnt bother doing anything about it!"
It will have happened somewhere
Oh and if it happens to me. I wont be telling anything until I've secured it in an unknown lock out
The day I took that photo (1989?) John told me the story of how he got a phone call from an American who had been tipped off about a guy with a wing car in England. Some American visitors to his neighbours had seen the red Superbird on his drive. Of course John couldn't resist pretending not to know what it was "yeah, and I've got a black one in the garage too!"
I might not have remembered the story accurately - I'll let John correct me if I'm wrong.

Now I bet that was a funny conversation, I dont think I would of been able to keep a straight face long enough though
