Glad to be of help Clivey.
My buddy just got a burnt orange bucket set for his 70 GTX (ex Jim Chandler). His upholsterer reckoned they weren't stitched straight, and charged a lot of money for unpicking them and re-stitching
Haven't seen the finished product yet - hope he wan't conned.
I did my own, and although they were a struggle, I was very impressed with the quality. I guess you will have them done at John's, but for anyone considering doing it themself, 3 tips:
1) Do it on a hot sunny day, and lay the covers out to get them soft and pliable.
2) Get new seat foam. I thought my rear seat jute padding was Ok, but it has sagged, and I will have to do the rear seat again.
3) Get permission before using other half's hairdryer to work the creases out
