Its a great garage! Rented of a real nice guy who is 89 years old and collects Snap on tools for a hobby.

Must post some more pictures very soon, but the car now has an ARRC tagged 8 point cage, Fibre glass bumpers and trunk lid and new lightweight glass hood.

New floor pans are stuck in Customs.

Next back to Dale for a week or two, then to ARRC to tube the front end, back to the sauna to fit the new fibre glass fenders and doors.

Then learn how to run it! Still saving pennys for an Ally Hemi from Crewe :D

Over to Uncle Ivor for a stunning paint job!

Few pictures from the Sauna, still lots of work to do!

Looking better all the time Jon. How are you fastening the bonnet on?

Its getting there slowly Blue, just waiting for a few bits so I can try and Bananarama! to a point where Ivor can paint it.

The car should be back with Andy Robinson in the next couple of weeks to remove the inner wings and tube it, there is a new set of wings being made as well, so the bonnet will be pinned using 6 or 8 pins attached to the tubes in the front end. with the current 4 pins the bonnet snaps in half every time you get up a bit of speed.

That's what I was thinking Jon, you really need about 4 or five dzus fastners across the front edge, it's amazing how much it will lift at speed. I have 9 dzus fastners on the Dart bonnet and it's amazing how much it distorts at 120 mph....
