Kitchen surfaces!

Post by Kev »

Is there a quick fix to polish up/restore the worktops in a kitchen? They are those black speckled marble look ones (in reality I suppose they are a sort of melamine on chipboard?) What can I use to polish out all the micro scatches from over 12yrs of use/abuse? Must be quick and efficient as there is a lot of surface area and not much time!! :D I've tried some metallic t-cut but the swirly scratches are still present and the stink ain't that cool for a Kitchen!
TIA! :thumbright:

Been trawling around and there's some stuff called counter top magic. Anyone used this?

Countertop magic will only polish over the scratches. A bit like that flash dash stuff. I've not found anything that will take scratches out of worktops.

Kev. Stop being tight!

You get a better offer for your home if the kitchen tops look good. That is a well known fact that I got from a bit of paper stuck to my shoe.

Get sorted with these guys;

Then you have granite tops for a fraction of the cost of the real thing. Good house seller. :thumbright:
